How do I find a product?
Use the search button at the top to look for something specific or browse our categories. Our “Lookbooks” are perfect if you’re looking for inspiration.
Can I save products for later?
Yes! Just click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page. You’ll need an account so we can save your picks for you.
How do I know if a product is available?
The product page will tell you. If it’s out of stock, you might see a “Notify Me” button so we can let you know when it’s back.
Do I need an account to shop?
Yes — you’ll need to sign up for a free membership to make purchases. As a member, you’ll earn points when you sign up and accumulate more points every time you shop.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, FPX (online banking), e-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, etc.).
Is it safe to pay on your site?

How long will it take to get my order?
Malaysia: [2–5] business days after dispatch
Singapore: [5–12] business days after dispatch

Can I return something if it doesn’t work out?
Yes, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery as long as they’re unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
