Refund Eligibility

  • We only offer refunds if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent the wrong product.

  • “Defective” means a manufacturing fault or significant damage that affects the product’s intended function or appearance.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or pattern — due to lighting, photography, or device display differences — do not qualify as defects.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items without defects or damage upon delivery.

  • Items returned due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Exchange Instead of Refund

  • If there is no defect, but you wish to return an item (e.g., due to size or style), you may request an exchange instead.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and verify the defective item.

Process for Refund Requests

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
