Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items (unless defective).

  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or personalized items.

Defective or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@monounit.com.

  2. Wait for return authorization before sending items back.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions.

  4. Exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
